Lok6, Restaurant, Interior & Furnishing
Interior design concept and furnishing for Berlin-based restaurant & culinary studio Lok6. In close collaboration with restaurant owner and chef, Julia Heifer, we developed a new spacial concept, elegantly merging an atelier-atmosphere with a fine dining setting — creating a unique experience reflecting the restaurants culinary signature.
The two-story space is redefined by a light white curtain flowing through the open ground floor space. A set of bespoke stainless steel tables designed by Various Objects are complimented by a selection of vintage chairs by Bruno Rey. The functional stainless steel surfaces are contrasted with a selection of unique vases by Mona Steinwidder and hand-painted tableware by Nadine Göpfert. The redefined floor plan allows for more guests to be seated, while maintaining an airy and minimalist atmosphere.
