Named after its famed designer Bruno Rey, and produced in 1971, it is the first chair patented by Dietiker featuring a wood-metal assembly without screws. The Rey chair has been used particularly in the design of cafeterias and restaurants.
Bruno Rey is a Swiss designer and architect born in 1935 in Brugg. During his career he has developed numerous seating systems in collaboration with Charles Polin and the Dietiker company.
