· How do I place an order?
To place an order, get in touch using the Enquire button on the object page. Alternatively, you can email us at email@example.com.
Please include the following information with your enquiry:
- Object number, Object name, Quantity
- Your full name, address, e-mail and phone number
We will contact you to field any questions before processing your order. You will receive an order confirmation including an invoice and payment instructions via email within two working days.
· What type of payments do you accept?
We accept credit card (Visa, MasterCard), debit card, transferwise, cash upon pickup and bank transfer on all orders. Payment details will be provided alongside your order confirmation email.
· When can I collect my order?
Objects are available for in-person collection by the customer or a third-party service from our Berlin showroom. Collection may take place within 14 working days of payment and by appointment only.
· Is shipping included in my order?
Customers are responsible for organising shipping if needed. Various Objects can arrange packing and worldwide shipping services for your order on request.
· What shipping services do you offer?
The following delivery options are available, which will be quoted through a third party service. Please note, the cost of shipping is not included in the product price. Please specify your desired delivery option and address within your order request to receive a quote.
Local Delivery (Berlin)
We offer a standard delivery service locally within Berlin, offering curbside delivery to your building door at an agreed date and time. Objects are generally delivered within 14 working days of payment to allow for packing and shipping requirements.
For our international customers, we can arrange for international delivery to your building door. Objects are generally shipped within 14 working days of payment to allow for packing and shipping requirements.
· What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 10 days of the delivery date. Goods must be returned as sold and in saleable condition, including original packaging such as boxes, bags, and other materials. Customers returning items are responsible for the cost of returning the item to Various Objects. Any delivery or service fees incurred during shipping will not be refunded.
