The Semi Pendant Lamp is produced with a polished mirrored chrome finish. The lamp, which is affectionately nicknamed “witch’s hat”, is one of the most outstanding designs by Claus Bonderup & Torsten Thorup. Produced for the Danish manufacturer, Fog & Mørup, Bonderup and Thorup designed the Semi Pendant Lamp in 1968 as part of their final thesis at the Royal Academy of Architecture and Fine Arts in Copenhagen. The geometrically precise design received the iF Design Award in 1971.
The Semi pendant lamp is undisputedly one of the most plagiarised design classics. This original object is in perfect and undamaged condition with the chrome perfectly intact.
